I've seen this question asked a few times recently and I wanted to make sure I addressed the issue for recruiters who can't afford to join an expensive job site like Monster, Careerbuilder, or Dice. There are some free sites out there for you!

Came across your blog by your Answer on Linkedin.
Devbistro is not free to search for resumes. I remember signing up months ago and I couldn't remember why I had not been back there. It's very misleading. You can see the resumes but if want to contact the person it's $39 a month to $139for 3 months.
